TRANZnet Association Inc. (Trainers from Australia and New Zealand Network), is a non-profit organisation formed to allow training professionals to meet and exchange views and evaluate new initiatives affecting the Transport & Distribution, Construction, Plant and Mining Industries.
TRANZnet refers to the Network of Australian and New Zealand transport and related industries' training professionals. TRANZnet was incorporated on the 26th of February 2002 - No A042237Z
Our mission: To be the peak body representing the training community of the Transport & Distribution, Construction, Plant and Mining industries.
To achieve this, TRANZnet will:
- Provide training, assessment and advisory services that encompass professionalism, integrity, quality and industry standards.
- Fairly represent all members and sectors of the Transport & Distribution, Construction, Plant and Mining Industries.
- Consult on training matters with all stakeholders in these Industries.
- Achieve optimum safety for all members and clients.
- Develop and promote the Association as a network.
In addition, the Association will endeavour:
- To establish and oversee the maintenance of the minimum professional standards of those persons engaged in related Industries' training, who become members of the association.
- To foster membership of the Association and strict adherence to its Code of Conduct and these rules by all members.
- To lobby governments and regulatory authorities on all relevant training matters.
- To increase industry awareness of the role of the Association in providing training by liaising with all organisations within the related Industries.
- To advise members of new initiatives in training methods and technologies.
